Who is Controlling Your Time?
This week I discuss one of your most valuable resources – time. If I had to choose one, I would choose to have more time rather than more money because no matter what we do, we can’t gain more time. Fear not, we can manage the time we have so that we have more control and the time we have is put to better use.
Being conscious about how much time our activities take up and how these activities make us feel and think is the first step to using our time the way WE choose to. I want you to feel empowered to retain control over your life rather than spending every moment fulfilling obligations or pleasing other people.
